Being a good neighbor in our communities is one of our founding principles. We believe in empowering employees to support organizations they care about and offer paid time off to encourage them to find ways to volunteer locally to bring about meaningful, local impact. We know that both our community and our employees benefit from this engagement.

Community support

ENTEK is proud to take an active role in supporting our community. Being the ‘best neighbor to our community’ means that our success is measured by more than just great products and services – it embraces civic participation. We are proud of our long-term partnerships with organizations such as The Boys & Girls Club, the Lebanon Strawberry Festival and Lebanon High School’s Turf and Track program.

Our annual employee-run “Coats for Kids“ program had its beginnings more than 30 years ago. Our program has evolved into a charitable non-profit – the ENTEK Employee Community Fund – dedicated to making sure that children in our surrounding communities have warm coats to get them through the winter.

We also provide an annual Thanksgiving Food Box program which provides a complete holiday meal to families in need at Thanksgiving.

Youth Support

Our youth are our future. We are strong advocates for funding for STEM programs in our local schools. We are an enthusiastic supporter of the Pipeline program and feel a responsibility to connect directly with students through job fairs and educational tours of our facilities. We also make personnel available to speak directly to students about opportunities in manufacturing. We encourage our employees to act as mentors and offer job shadowing opportunities for students at the high school and college levels.
