Petar joined ENTEK in March of 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in the automotive and energy storage industry. In his capacity as CFO, Petar oversees all aspects of the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, tax and compliance activities.
Prior to joining ENTEK, Petar spent over 18 years with Johnson Controls and Clarios, holding various financial and operational roles, including Vice President and General Manager of the Americas, and Global Vice President for the OE Group. Oklobdzija has also held a variety of financial leadership roles, including corporate controller. He also served as chief financial officer for the following joint ventures-Johnson Controls-Saft and Johnson Controls-Injection Molding.
Prior to Johnson Controls, Oklobdzija spent more than a decade at Ford Motor Company in a variety of roles within their powertrain division.
Petar holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Windsor. He also graduated from Johnson Controls Extreme Leadership Program (XLP) in 2010.
