ENTEK Statement regarding the Linn Count Court Hearing of April 12, 2017
We are grateful to Judge Carol Bispham for her comments today at the hearing. It’s clear she understands why we took legal action to protect our employees and the community from unlawful and misleading information about ENTEK.
It is our hope that we can work together with the DEQ in the coming weeks to understand what exactly they are trying to accomplish. This is a conversation they never had with us, but it’s one we welcome and always have.
ENTEK has been a permitted manufacturing company in the state of Oregon for 30 years. ENTEK meets, and in many cases exceeds, all the requirements of DEQ, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Occupational Safety and Health Division. We have gone above and beyond what is required of us to increase the environmental performance of our company, and our data is publicly reported to the Oregon DEQ and EPA on a regular basis.
Mike Wehr, Director of Supply Chain, talks about ENTEK’s dedication to customer service and our commitment to getting the right product, at the right place, at the right time in our latest video.
